We provide neurofeedback, brain mapping (qEEG), and related wellness services. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.

3. Not Medical Advice or Emergency Care

Information on our website and in our communications is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Neurofeedback is not intended to replace care from your physician or mental health provider. Do not stop or change any medication or treatment without consulting your healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Individual results vary. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, symptom improvement, or the number of sessions required. Any testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services. Services for minors require the consent and participation of a parent or legal guardian.

6. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session fee or result in forfeiture of a prepaid session. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Package and program fees are non-refundable once services have begun. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

8. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing messages from Begin Within Neurofeedback. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Any protected health information is handled in accordance with applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property
